Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! However, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

Store Credit Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date for store credit. To be eligible for store credit, the item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.   

How to Return for Store Credit

Contact Us: Please contact our customer service team at hello@thesportychic.com to initiate the return process.

Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.   

Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return criteria. If approved, we will issue a store credit to your account within 5 business days.

Important Notes:

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for store credit.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Store credit does not expire and can be used towards future purchases.
